Help Build My Custom Direct To Film (DTF) 21"x72" Gang Sheet

This listing is for custom gang-sheets you need help setting up! 

Please forward all files and sizes/quantities you need of each file with your order number to our email so we can begin setting up your order: mgmarketingco@outlook.com

Sheets will be set-up for 21" width x 72" height. We will communicate back and forth if you have too many or not enough files for your print. 

Build custom gang sheet orders ship in 1-2 business days after approved (this does not include weekends or days we are closed!). Please note once custom prints are submitted they are non-refundable.

Please read all instructions before submitting your image to be printed. We print custom direct to film transfers (DTF).

Keep in mind the graphic you send is the exact graphic that is printed we do NOT alter words, colors, or do any type of edits! If your file is not sized correctly or is not the exact format we need it will take longer to process and may not be able to get done so please do your research and reach out if you have any questions. 

PNG Files need to be at least 300 DPI to print correctly! Keep in mind this is a white ink printer we use and if your image has a white background then it will print that too. No screen shots or watermarks.

How to Press our DTF (Direct To Film) Transfers:

• 350 degrees
• Pre press for 10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture
• Lay down the transfer with the ink facing the material
• Press for 10 seconds; Applying heavy pressure. Let it completely cool. 
• If the transfer does not stick, put the transfer paper back down and press for a few more seconds. This can happen if your press is not giving even heat and pressure. 
• COOL PEEL.
• Put shirt back on press, cover design with Teflon or parchment paper, and press again for 10 seconds. Remove paper.

You must use a commercial heat press to apply these transfers.
