LOCAL PICK-UP FAQ

DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP FOR LOCALS? Yes, local pick-up is now available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in Red Bud, IL. I will provide you with the pick-up address in your confirmation email you'll receive when your order is ready to be picked up. Please make sure to pick-up your order(s) during these hours. The following will answer any and all questions you may have: 

  • What is local pick-up? Local pick-up is a convenient option that allows customers to order products from our online store and pick them up in person from a designated location in Red Bud, IL instead of having them shipped to their address. 

 

  • Where can I select the local pick-up option? When you proceed to the checkout page on our website, you will have the option to choose between different delivery methods. Select "Local Pick-Up" if it's available in your area.

 

  • How do I know if my order is ready for pick-up? You will receive an additional email notification or a phone call/text from us when your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the pick-up location.

 

  • Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf? Yes, someone else can pick up your order as long as they have a copy of your order confirmation or a valid photo ID to confirm the order belongs to you.

 

  • Is there a specific pick-up location and hours of operation? Yes, local pick-up is now available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in Red Bud, IL. I will provide you with the pick-up address in your confirmation email you'll receive when your order is ready to be picked up. Please make sure to pick-up your order(s) during these hours.

 

  • Is there a fee for local pick-up? In most cases, there is no additional fee for local pick-up. However, it's best to review your order summary during the checkout process to confirm.

 

  • What if I miss my pick-up window or cannot pick-up during those days/hours? If you miss your pick-up window, we will send you an email reminder the following weeks, until your order has been picked up. If you cannot pick-up during those dates/times, please send an email to: mgmarketingco@outlook.com to make different arrangements or have your items shipped.
