• What is local pick-up? Local pick-up is a convenient option that allows customers to order products from our online store and pick them up in person from a designated location in Red Bud, IL instead of having them shipped to their address.

• Where can I select the local pick-up option? When you proceed to the checkout page on our website, you will have the option to choose between different delivery methods. Select "Local Pick-Up" if it's available in your area.

 

• How do I know if my order is ready for pick-up? You will receive an additional email notification or a phone call from us when your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the pick-up location.

 

• What do I need to bring for pick-up?When you come to pick up your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid photo ID to verify your identity.

 

• Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf? Yes, someone else can pick up your order as long as they have a copy of your order confirmation or a valid photo ID to confirm the order belongs to you.

 

• Is there a specific pick-up location and hours of operation? Yes, pick-up is currently only available on Thursday evenings from 4:00-6:00pm in Red Bud, IL! We will provide you with the address and operating hours of the pick-up location in your order confirmation email or notification. Please make sure to pick up your order during these hours.
