Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7-11 business days BEFORE shipping. Custom and embroidered items may take the full timeframe to ensure quality. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

All items ship via USPS to United States residences only. Orders weighing less than 13 ounces are mailed via USPS Ground Advantage shipping. All others are mailed via USPS Priority/Ground shipping. All orders 'Ready To Ship' will be shipped in 1-3 business days. All other orders/custom orders will be shipped within 7-11 business days. USPS delivery time is 1-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

McKenzie's Infinity LLC is not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS or any other shipping service. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. McKenzie's Infinity LLC will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS/UPS/FED-EX.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. McKenzie's Infinity LLC is not responsible for packages that are non-delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned, the buyer must re-pay shipping to have it shipped again.
